For the Collector desktop software:
- To use the software, you need a License and an active Service Plan.
- The purchase of a License includes a 1-year Service Plan.
- A Service Plan is necessary to use the following services:
- the CLZ Core online database (to get item details and cover art)
- the CLZ Cloud storage (for backups, sharing and syncing to other devices)
- the Find Cover Online service
- software updates (new features, improvements and maintenance builds)
- second line tech support
- After the first year, you need to renew your Service Plan to keep access to the above services.
- A desktop License can be used on ONE PC or Mac. (for a multiple computer solution, consider our Connect cloud-based software)
For the CLZ mobile apps:
- Every CLZ mobile app is one-time purchase, no subscriptions needed.
- Your license for the app is valid for life and can be used on multiple devices.
- Your license includes access to all online services and software updates.
For the Connect cloud-based software:
- Connect is a subscription service, you need an active subscription to use it.
- You can use the Connect software from multiple online computer or mobile device.
- Your subscription includes access to all online services and software updates.
